This book tells the compelling story of Cooperative Home Care Associates, a highly successful worker-owned agency in the South Bronx. Through the voices of managers and workers, we learn of CHCA's culture of cooperation, caring, and learning, which has sustained a vibrant community through tremendous growth and change over 17 years.
