In response to growing long-term care workforce demands in Pennsylvania, this report outlines a set of core principles, vision for job quality, and recommendations for achieving both developed by a direct-care workforce workgroup. The workgroup established priorities to address systems coordination and program operations; training, credentialing, and career advancement; and workplace practices. |
