Addressing New York City's care gap: Aligning workforce policy to support home-and-community care
Abstract
This issue brief provides an overview of the home- and community-based care workforce crisis in New York City. The authors analyze the supply and demand conditions that are creating a ''care gap'' in home- and community-based care. They also recommend ways of stabilizing the workforce through the workforce development system.
