Peer Mentor Curriculum. This document is a guide to both the concept and training of peer mentors. Peer mentoring is a method for recognizing (through promotion) committed and experienced DCW’s and it helps new workers become successful in their new jobs. This curriculum is not available online or electronically – only hard copy. We expect to publish a full curriculum in the spring of 2005. Contact the Clearinghouse for more information.
