SPEAK is a three year project funded through the Center for Medicare
and Medicaid Services. Responding to factors that contribute to
high employee turnover, SPEAK enhances employment relationships
through pre-service orientation; an apprenticeship period: membership
in a regional professional assistance association; connection to a
broad array of community supports; approved, paid leave; and regional
